GPAI Documentation Request Response

Providers of general-purpose AI (GPAI) models have obligations under the EU AI Act that have applied since 2 August 2025, with the Commission's enforcement powers beginning on 2 August 2026. When the EU AI Office requests model documentation, your response should identify the model, reference your technical documentation, and, where relevant, the GPAI Code of Practice. DocuGov.ai structures that response for you.
